After many years of experience in the agricultural and farming mulchers sector, TMC Cancela proposed the TDR as the best versatile and displaced mulcher in the market. It has been designed and developed according to reliability, durability and manageability criteria. It incorporates an special alloy frame and technical solutions, worldwide patented such as the damping device in the third point. Everything in order to offer the best performance.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
• Rotor with large hammers supported on self-aligning spherical roller bearings.
• Three point linkage to tractor (Cat. II).
• Side skids and rear roller for the best adaptation to the ground.
• Chain spin device for an optimum adaptation to the ground.
• Self-lubricating bushings in every swing point.
• PTO to 540 and 1000 rpm.
• Number of belts: 6.
• Overall width = working width + 24 cm.
• Treatment against corrosion and electrostatic double layer of paint.

• PTO shaft with simple homocinetic joint.
• PTO shaft with double homocinetic joint.
• Chassis for stony soils.
Long-life heavy duty swing hammers. Assembled to the rotor with Ø20 mm bolts.
Effective in various types of materials: debris, twigs, grass, corn, ... Uniform spread on the ground.
Versatile and handy: it can work laterally displaced or completely behind the tractor.
It has a strong and reinforced main arm. The coupling to the tractor has a mechanical safety device to alleviate snagging efforts.
Its versatility makes it suitable for various types and models of tractors.
Patented shock-absorber in the third point.
Adjustable pneumatic shock absorber in swing cylinder.
It can works vertically (90 degrees maximum) for mulching and trimming hedges and slopes.
In corn and other cereals, the finish is almost perfect.
